Hi, I’m Cristal Pimentel! I’m married and have three kids. For many years, I was a full-time caregiver to my aging grandmother. Being a caregiver to someone who only spoke Spanish, I faced many challenges. I knew there were many families like us, who also struggled to understand how their coverage worked due to language barriers. That is why I became a Licensed Insurance Agent.

I have been working in insurance for two years. My goal is to help families like mine overcome those obstacles, and ensure they understand their coverage. I look forward to helping you and your family navigate your health insurance options.
